Come see us for this year's final Sunday Smokehaus at Table, Donkey and Stick. Chefs Scott Manley and Skillet will be smoking chickens over bourbon barrels in a hand-built tee-pee smoker behind the restaurant. The 'Meat-and-Three' plate will feature the birds with slow-cooked sweet potatoes, kale, and candied bacon. Kelly Nyikes (KOVAL Distillery) will be working with John Douglass at the bar, pairing special KOVAL cocktails.
